GetOrda ("we", "our", or "us") operates getorda.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our WhatsApp AI Business Platform. By using GetOrda, you agree to this policy.
Account information: name, email address, phone number, and business details you provide during registration and onboarding.
Business data: products, prices, orders, customer conversations, and payment information you enter into the platform.
WhatsApp data: messages between you and your customers processed through our AI, stored to provide the service.
Usage data: pages visited, features used, device type, and IP address for analytics and security.
To provide the GetOrda service — AI responses, order management, payment confirmation.
To send service emails — account confirmation, password reset, order notifications.
To improve the platform through aggregated, anonymized usage analytics.
To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
We never sell your data to third parties. We never use your data to train AI models without explicit consent.
Your data is stored on secure, industry-standard cloud infrastructure located in the European Union. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using TLS 1.2+.
WhatsApp session data is stored privately and is only accessible by your account. We enforce strict access controls that ensure no user can access another user's data.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@getorda.app.
To operate GetOrda, we work with a small number of carefully selected, industry-standard service providers — covering cloud hosting and infrastructure, secure data storage, sign-in, email delivery, and AI processing. Each is bound by data-protection agreements and may only process your data on our instructions, never for their own purposes.

When you connect your WhatsApp, your customers' messages are processed by our AI to generate replies. This data is:
• Stored securely and only accessible by your business account • Never shared with other businesses • Used only to provide the AI reply service • Retained for conversation history as configured in your settings
Your customers can opt out of AI messaging by sending "STOP" at any time.
You have the right to:
• Access all data we hold about you • Correct inaccurate data • Delete your account and all data • Export your data in a portable format • Object to certain types of processing • Withdraw consent at any time

We use essential cookies only — for authentication sessions and security. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. No third-party cookies are set on getorda.app.
GetOrda is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact support@getorda.app immediately.
We may update this policy. We will notify you by email and by posting the new policy at getorda.app/privacy. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
