These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GetOrda (getorda.app), operated by GetOrda Technologies. By creating an account or using GetOrda, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must provide accurate, complete information when registering.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use GetOrda.
You may not create multiple accounts to abuse or disrupt the service.
GetOrda provides a WhatsApp-based AI platform that replies to your customers, takes orders, shares your payment details, and hosts an online store.
We provide the software and infrastructure. You are solely responsible for the products you sell, the prices you set, fulfilment, delivery, and compliance with local commerce, tax, and consumer-protection laws.
GetOrda is currently provided free of charge. There is no subscription, and no payment details are required to use it.
If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will give you clear notice in advance, show you the pricing before it applies, and you will be free to decide whether to continue.
Because GetOrda is currently free to use, no charges apply and there is nothing to refund.
If paid plans are introduced later, the applicable payment and refund terms will be presented to you at that time, before any charge is made.
You agree not to use GetOrda to:
• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service • Sell illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited goods • Defraud customers or misrepresent products, prices, or availability • Harass, abuse, or harm others • Attempt to breach, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform or its security • Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
GetOrda connects to your WhatsApp account securely and with your authorization, from your own device. WhatsApp is a product of Meta and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by GetOrda. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with WhatsApp's Terms of Service. We are not liable for any account restrictions imposed by WhatsApp or Meta.
The service depends on trusted third-party infrastructure providers whose availability is outside our direct control.
GetOrda uses artificial intelligence to help generate replies and assist with your orders. While we work hard to keep it accurate, AI-generated responses can occasionally be imperfect.
You remain responsible for reviewing activity on your account and for any orders, prices, discounts, or confirmations issued through it. GetOrda is designed to assist your judgement, not to replace it, and we do not warrant that AI output will always be accurate.
You retain ownership of your business data, products, and customer conversations. You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the legality of the content you upload and the messages your customers exchange through your account.
You may stop using GetOrda and delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform.
On termination, your right to use the service ends. You may request an export of your data within 30 days; after that, data may be permanently deleted.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetOrda Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GetOrda Technologies is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and by posting the updated Terms at getorda.app/terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
