These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GetOrda (getorda.app), operated by GetOrda Technologies of Kampala, Uganda, founded by Adam Bahar. By creating an account or using GetOrda, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must provide accurate, complete information when registering.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@getorda.app if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use GetOrda.
You may not create multiple accounts to abuse or disrupt the service.
GetOrda is a software platform that helps a business handle its customer communication and sales workflow. Depending on how you configure it, GetOrda can reply to customer messages on WhatsApp and through your storefront, answer questions using your product catalogue, capture orders, present the payment details you have provided, send the notifications you set up, and host an online storefront for your business.
Your storefront is published at its own address on getorda.store, a domain kept separate from getorda.app, which is GetOrda's own website. It presents your business, your products and your terms of sale, not GetOrda's.
We provide the software and infrastructure. We do not sell your products, take payment on your behalf, hold customer funds, ship goods, or act as a party to the sale between you and your customer.
GetOrda does not guarantee sales, revenue, order volume, delivery, payment completion, or any particular business outcome.
You are solely responsible for:
• The products or services you offer, and their descriptions, prices, and availability • Fulfilment, delivery, and after-sales service to your customers • The payment details you publish through the service and for confirming that you have actually been paid • Compliance with the commerce, tax, consumer-protection, and messaging laws that apply to you • The accuracy of what your account communicates to your customers, including messages generated with AI assistance
You should review activity on your account. GetOrda is a tool that acts on the configuration and content you give it.
GetOrda is offered on subscription plans. The plans, their prices, and their billing intervals are shown at getorda.app/pricing.
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the interval you select, either monthly or annually, and renew automatically at the end of each interval until cancelled. Prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes may be added where required by law.
Where you purchase a subscription, payment is handled by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as merchant of record for the transaction and issues your receipt or invoice.
We may change subscription prices. If we do, we will give you notice before the change applies to your renewal, and you may cancel before it takes effect rather than accept it.
Paid subscriptions are not active yet. No GetOrda account is being charged today, and we will give you clear notice before billing begins.
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Amounts already paid for the current period are generally not refunded, and we consider refund requests individually rather than offering a blanket guarantee.

You agree not to use GetOrda to:
• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service • Sell illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited goods • Defraud customers or misrepresent products, prices, or availability • Harass, abuse, or harm others • Attempt to breach, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform or its security • Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
GetOrda connects to your WhatsApp account with your authorization. WhatsApp is a product of Meta and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by GetOrda. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with WhatsApp's Terms of Service. We are not liable for any account restriction, rate limit, or block imposed by WhatsApp or Meta.
The service also depends on third-party infrastructure and AI providers. Changes, outages, policy decisions, or restrictions imposed by those providers are outside our direct control and may affect the service, including features that depend on them.
GetOrda uses artificial intelligence to help draft replies and assist with orders. AI-generated output can be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate to the situation, and it may misread a message, an image, or a customer's intent.
You remain responsible for what your account sends and for any order, price, discount, or confirmation issued through it. You can switch the AI off for any conversation and reply yourself. GetOrda is designed to assist your judgement, not to replace it, and we do not warrant that AI output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for a given purpose.
You retain ownership of your business data, products, and customer conversations. You grant us a limited licence to host and process this data solely to provide and support the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the legality of the content you upload and of the messages exchanged through your account, and you confirm you have the rights and permissions needed for the content you provide.
GetOrda, including the platform, its software, interfaces, design, and the GetOrda name and logo, is owned by GetOrda Technologies and protected by intellectual-property law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is in good standing.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the platform, or remove any proprietary notices, except where that restriction is prohibited by law. Feedback you choose to send us may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.
We work to keep GetOrda available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service and we do not offer a guaranteed uptime commitment.
The service may be unavailable during maintenance, during incidents, or because of failures in third-party services it depends on, including WhatsApp. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the product develops.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any result, sale, or business outcome will be achieved through it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetOrda Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost sales, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you.
You may stop using GetOrda and delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay a subscription that is due, or use the service in a way that risks harm to others, to your customers, or to the platform.
On termination, your right to use the service ends. You may request an export of your data within 30 days; after that, data may be permanently deleted.
We may change, add, or remove features as the product develops. Where a change materially reduces a core function of a plan you are paying for, we will give you notice.
We may also update these Terms. We will notify you by email and by posting the updated Terms at getorda.app/terms, with a revised date at the top. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GetOrda Technologies is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
This does not remove any protection available to you under the mandatory consumer law of your own country of residence.
