What the subscription pays for
Your subscription buys access to the GetOrda software: the assistant that answers your customers, your catalogue, your storefront, and your dashboard. That is the whole product. Nothing physical is sold, stocked, shipped or delivered by GetOrda.
GetOrda never processes, holds or routes money between you and your customers. Your customers pay you directly, using the payment details you publish, and you confirm the payment yourself in your dashboard. Our payment provider, Paddle, acts as merchant of record for this software subscription only.
